We at Success Resident strongly believes that each individual deserves respect, care, and must be treated with love and dignity. Success Residence serves male and female residents ages 18 and above who meet our admission criteria. Our residents are those with:

  • Substance abuse issues
  • General mental health needs
  • Serious mental illness
  • Co-occurring disorders
  • Resident may be self-referred, agency referred, or court ordered.

Admission Requirements

  • Be an adult 18 and over.
  • Have documentation of a recent physical examination and evidence of freedom of Tuberculosis
  • Be willing to participate in the behavioral health programs.
  • Be currently sober.
  • Complete an assessment and an initial treatment plan.
  • Sign and complete intake documents including authorization forms.
